Ok, as I’m sure everyone is aware of the shooting at Virginia Tech by a South Korean student Seung-Hui Cho claiming the lives of over 30 fellow students. Now, there was a package of photos and videos of him saying “why” he did shit and so on. There were also several posing photos, some with guns and stuff, but one with a hammer.

There is a South Korean movie called “Old Boy” where the main character uses a hammer to hurt/torture people.

I dunno, I just thought it was a weird connection.

The video e-hit Emo Assault Squadron was released a while back and is getting a lot of attention lately. The video is actually going to be subject of interview on none other than Fox News. The bane of my existence will actually be giving me a shit load of traffic even with people just searching my name on Google. So this post is mostly just a scam to get Google to rank me on the search words like “Joe Hix” and “Emo Assault Squadron”. Thanks suckers!

Finally, right? About time I know, but hopefully it’ll tide people over until I actually write something I’ve put thought into and actually proofread. Anyway, it’s on how people have absolutely no idea what global warming really is. I’m not going to re-write the whole thing in this entry, but simply direct you here.

Okay, this is to all webmasters & future webmasters out there.

Let me just state right here and now that just getting a domain name is the easy part. Much like the ads Yahoo! runs for it’s bullshit domain service. Yeah, sure, it’s real easy to get a domain, but what they don’t mention is how shitty hosting is to get if you don’t know what you’re doing.

Over the past year and a half or so since WATM has been up, I’ve switched webhosting 8 or more times. This is because I’ve been hosted by friends and I didn’t feel like freeloading on them any longer. I simply decided to switch who I was freeloading off of.

So anyway, I decided to switch hosts for what I thought would be a long time. So I see the host “StartLogic” has some pretty good plans for damn good prices. Little did I know, their FTP speeds are on average 1-5k/s if it works at all.

So some complications arise and my account gets temporarily suspended, taking my sites offline for an additional 3-4 days. So during this time, I’m infuriated over how shitty the response time with them is, so I call tech support and follow a loop of messages that endlessly cycle back to the previous ones until I get on “hold”. 38 minutes later, I decide they’re probably not going to answer.

At this point, I say fuck it, my site’s been offline for 2 1/2 days already, and I submit a ticket to cancel my account. Before they get the cancellation request, they reactivate my account and charge an additional $6.50 to my bill.

I’m pretty pissed about this, but I’m a little relieved to see my sites back online. I figured I’d just cancel my account next renewal period (in about 20 days). Wrong. Earlier today I get an e-mail informing me that they were canceling my account because I requested it.

It took them about 5-6 days after they REACTIVATED my account to cancel it.

So now I signed up with GoDaddy, and all 3 of my sites are online already and everything is fine. Either GoDaddy has their shit together, or StartLogic just loves to wallow in dipshittery. I’m guessing it’s just StartLogic’s problem.

Yeah, I lost all my old news posts because I changed my old shitty Snut to this one. This one looks a little stupid at the moment, but the important thing is that it works. Also, not only will I make posts on this for news normally, but anything I think I need to say that I don’t feel like writing in an article, I’ll write on this in the “Bullshit” category.
